I founded EVOKE Wellness from a deep calling to bridge the worlds of science and spirit — to create a sanctuary where healing is both sacred and accessible. My path has been one of transformation, woven through plant medicine, shamanic study, and integrative healing arts. Over time, I learned that true wellness isn’t found in a single practice, ritual, or supplement — it’s found in the remembrance of wholeness itself.

My journey began with a desire to understand the human body — its biology, its chemistry, its mysteries. But through my experiences in sacred ceremony and energy work, I discovered that healing goes far beyond anatomy. It’s emotional, spiritual, ancestral — and deeply personal.

EVOKE Wellness was born from that realization. What started as a small apothecary of handcrafted remedies evolved into a holistic ecosystem where modern wellness meets ancient wisdom. I wanted to build something that could hold both — the sacred traditions that have guided us for centuries, and the integrative approaches that modern medicine offers today.

I’ve had the privilege of walking beside people in their healing journeys — from herbal consultations and Reiki to plant medicine integration and self-paced learning. Each moment reaffirms one truth: you are your own medicine. My role is simply to help you remember that.

Through EVOKE Wellness, my vision is to create spaces — online and in-person — where every soul feels safe to heal, explore, and awaken. Whether through our apothecary, online courses, or sacred ceremonies, EVOKE exists to remind you that healing isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about coming home to yourself.
