Integrated Healing & Consultations

As an Alternative Health Care Practitioner, I have the privilege of walking beside people through Integrated Healing consultations. These sessions include Certified Herbal Wellness education and Holistic Health coaching, alongside Reiki and plant medicine integration. Each moment reaffirms one truth: you are your own medicine. My role is simply to help you remember that.
